As a Founding Director at BKM Capital Partners (2014-2017), critical in raising the firm’s first fund totaling more than $100mm and deploying that capital into 21 business parks in 18 months. Managed separate accounts and JVs totaling an additional $100mm.
Have led and scaled teams from start-up to maturity including policy & procedure development and best practices in technology deployment and systems integration
